Joyce Chicos is the PV Spirit Community Hero this month.  If you go to the Plateau Valley for Memorial Day Weekend Events or Plateau Valley Heritage Days, you are sure to see Joyce.  She founded the Plateau Valley Cancer Fund to "lend a hand to PV Residents who are effected by cancer."

Joyce works tirelessly throughout the year to raise funds for victims of cancer who live in the Plateau Valley.  Recipients remain anonymous, and the typical gift is $500 to be used however they need.
